This workshop will specialise in delivering technical understanding for vertical aerials, therefore — this workshop is ideal for anyone looking to improve on rope and silk.
I will share combinations and transition as well as key conditioning techniques that can unfold into creative pathways that will aim to achieve a fluid and dynamic skillset through movement efficiency.
